The Timberland PRO® Unisex Valor Composite Toe Waterproof Side-Zip Duty Boot keeps liquids on the outside: it's a waterproof boot that resists bloodborne pathogens. 3M™ Scotchgard™ protection helps oil and water spills roll right off and not mar the appearance of your footwear.
You never know what your day will bring, so choose a safety toe duty boot that protects your toes from objects that could drop or fall on you. The composite toe meets the ASTM standard. This boot also is electrical hazard resistant which means it's designed to help ground electricity from accidental contact with electrical equipment or live circuits.
To aid with your performance, the waterproof duty boot has a wall climb toe grip and a rubber lug outsole. The outsole resists oils and slips, and it's non-marking. The boot is completed with cement construction that gives the first responder footwear flexibility.
The 6-inch boot is made from textile and full-grain leather with a polishable toe. On the side is a zipper that helps you get in and out of your boot as quickly as needed, yet the zipper and other hardware won't set off metal detectors. The unisex boot works equally well for men or women.
To make this a comfortable duty boot, it comes with a Dynamic Anti-Fatigue Technology CD PU footbed. The mesh lining helps air circulate to your foot. It has an Agion® antimicrobial treatment to kill the bacteria that causes odor. Another layer of comfort comes from the molded EVA midsole.
