To create the upper of this men's work boot, Timberland PRO® Ever-Guard™ leather was utilized. While it is exceptionally durable, you might be most fond of the upper's waterproof membrane, which will keep your feet dry. Also on the upper, this 8" work boot has a padded collar for comfort and its tongue will prevent dirt, pebbles, and other small matter from getting down into the interior.
Not only has the boot's external met guard complied with the ASTM F2413-05 Metatarsal Guard Standards, but its shape was strategically designed to match the outline of your foot. For additional defense, this men's work boot has met the ASTM F2413-05 Electrical Hazard Standards; its steel toe is able to withstand up to 75 lbs. of impact and compression because it has met the ASTM's Protective Toe Classification. So, if you are looking for safety footwear, this is your ideal work boot.
Within the interior of these Timberland PRO® work boots, there are features that will provide all-day long comfort. These boots are lined with antimicrobial fabric; the lining will keep these boots from irritating your legs and will help prevent bacteria from forming. Then there is an open-cell polyurethane footbed, this insole supplies excellent cushioning.
To ensure that these work boots have outstanding durability and strength, they have been built with Goodyear welt construction. Apart from enhancing this boots hardiness, this type of construction also allows the outsole to be repaired easily, which will prevent you from constantly having to purchase new footwear. Additionally, these Timberland PRO® boots have been assembled with Kevlar® sewing thread around its met shield and on the boot's welt.

Protective Toe
Impact testing determines the amount of protection to the toe under various foot pounds of force. Compression testing determines the amount of static pressure a steel/composite toe cap can withstand. Our boots are I75/C75
Electrical Hazard
Footwear is built with nail-free construction to help insulate you from the ground to slow down conduction, but is not intended to be primary protection against electric shock. Leather footwear must be dry. Our electrical hazard boots meet and exceed ASTM electrical hazard standards.
Metatarsal Guard
Footwear offering metatarsal protection is designed to prevent or reduce injuries when the toe and metatarsal areas of the foot are exposed to "drop" hazards. Metatarsal protection safety shoes may be constructed with either internal or external metatarsal guards.
