This 8-inch Boondock style, by Timberland PRO, has an external metatarsal guard, a composite safety toe, is electrical hazard resisting and puncture resisting to ASTM F2413 and CSA Grade 1 protective toe work footwear standards. The TPU outsole, with defined heel also is slip-resisting to ASTM F3445 standards. Available in black waterproof leather, with interior waterproof membrane, and 200G of Thermolite insulation, this boot will keep feet dry and warm on chilly days. Abrasion-resisting rubber toe guards protect your boots from scuffs. Goodyear welt construction increases the wear time of boots. Grade 1 protective toe will withstand up to 125 joules (50 lbs) dropped from 0.6 m. Sole puncture protection is designed to withstand a force of not less than 1200 Newtons (270 lbs) and resist cracking after being subjected to 1.5 million flexes.
