The Akron 6-inch work boot has a waterproof full-grain leather upper, in a dark brown color, with a molded PVC cover on the exterior toe and heel/ankle for abrasion. Quality Goodyear Welt construction affixes the upper to a heat and slip-resisting flat wedge rubber outsole. This boot meets ASTM F2413 standards for resisting electrical hazards and impact and compression with a nano composite safety toe. And also is certified to ASTM F3445-21 SR slip standards on wet and dry surfaces.
