Cemented to the upper is a shock-absorbing Phylon Midsole with flat rubber outsole with repeat geometric pattern that meets SRC Max and ASTM F3445 SR slip standards. Additionally these Hard Yakka boots are built with environment-friendly and post-consumer waste materials such as REPREVE recycled polyester and recycled PET bottles. Static Dissipative
Footwear is constructed of materials that, when in contact with properly grounded floor surfaces, will safely discharge static build-up through the shoe to the floor. Our testing experience contributed to the SD standard established in Section 6 of the ANSI Z41 and carried over to the current ASTM standards.
Puncture Resistant
PR footwear reduces the possibility of sharp objects (nails, glass or metal) penetrating through the outsole causing injury to the foot. Protection is provided by a steel or puncture resistant material imbedded in the insole of the footwear.
