Securely attached to the upper, with a Goodyear welt, is a PU midsole affixed to a durable PU outsole having a defined heel. The outsole is certified to ASTM F3445-21 slip standards for dry and wet surfaces. Meeting ASTM F2413 standards for safety footwear, the Monte has a composite toe cap housed within the round moc toe and is electrical hazard resisting. Embedded within the midsole is a nylon shank that supports arches. The interior is lined with a breathable mesh and houses a comfortable, removable memory foam footbed.
