KEEN Utility® Tacoma Composite Toe Waterproof Work Boots are men's safety toe hikers that make a great choice for work.
The composite toe boots have electrical hazard protection, too. These also are non-metallic shoes, so if you pass through metal detectors during the course of your work day, you'll find this to be a helpful feature. And KEEN Utility® gives you waterproof work shoes; walk where you must and your feet stay dry. The combination of waterproofing and safety makes the footwear a great work boot or work shoe choice.
Other performance features of the work hikers are the slip-resistant, oil-resistant outsoles that are non-marking, and the toe that resists scuffs.
The men's waterproof boots are full-grain leather and have asymmetrical toe caps.
Inside is a TPU shank for arch support and stability. There's also a removable metatomical footbed the is anatomically designed to provide great arch support and to cradle your feet.

Protective Toe
Impact testing determines the amount of protection to the toe under various foot pounds of force. Compression testing determines the amount of static pressure a steel/composite toe cap can withstand. Our boots are I75/C75
Electrical Hazard
Footwear is built with nail-free construction to help insulate you from the ground to slow down conduction, but is not intended to be primary protection against electric shock. Leather footwear must be dry. Our electrical hazard boots meet and exceed ASTM electrical hazard standards.
