KEEN Utility® Chicago Men's Internal Metatarsal Carbon Fiber Toe Waterproof Work Boot
Introducing the men's KEEN Utility® Chicago. An all-leather work boot with internal met guard that won't weigh you down, this Chicago contains premium materials and weight-reducing technologies.
Wear these boots inside and outside. This 6-inch lace-up in tobacco brown has a premium full grain leather upper from an LWG-certified tannery that is treated with a PFC-free water repellent. KEEN.Dry waterproof breathable membrane keeps the wet out, while Cleansport NXT™ provides natural odor control inside the boot. The rubber outsole with defined heel and contoured heel lock is non-marking and oil- and slip-resisting and can withstand heat up to 572 degrees F.
Signature asymmetrical toe configuration provides plenty of toe wiggle room. Within the toe area a carbon fiber protective toe cap provides the protection without the weight. Metatarsal protection within the interior of the boot meets ASTM F2413 requirements for impact and compression guidelines. This boot also meets ASTM requirements for resisting electrical hazards.

Protective Toe

Metatarsal Guard
Footwear offering metatarsal protection is designed to prevent or reduce injuries when the toe and metatarsal areas of the foot are exposed to "drop" hazards. Metatarsal protection safety shoes may be constructed with either internal or external metatarsal guards.
