With the HOSS Blocker, you get a 6 inch safety work boot with an oblique toe for maximum toe room and a wedge-shaped platform for stability and comfort. A combination upper of full grain brown crazy horse leather with ballistic nylon toe, collar and side panels gives you a boot that is highly resistant to abrasions and is breathable. Cemented onto the upper is a wedge platform comprised of a shock-absorbing EPR rebound midsole and a durable, slip-resistant rubber outsole.
Feet will remain dry with a Hydry waterproof membrane and comfortable with a contoured, ergonomic PU insole with foam that will spring back with each step. And toes are protected with an oblique aluminum safety toe cap that meets ASTM requirements for impact and compression, giving you an alternative to steel that won't weigh you down. The HOSS Blocker also meets requirements for electrical hazard resistance.

Impact testing determines the amount of protection to the toe under various foot pounds of force. Compression testing determines the amount of static pressure a steel/composite toe cap can withstand. Our boots are I75/C75

Footwear is built with nail-free construction to help insulate you from the ground to slow down conduction, but is not intended to be primary protection against electric shock. Leather footwear must be dry. Our electrical hazard boots meet and exceed ASTM electrical hazard standards.
