This is static-dissipative footwear. That means the work shoe reduces static build-up on your body. This men's shoe is a good choice for working near machinery that creates a large field of static electricity, or around computer components.
The rubber outsole of the brown skate shoe is slip-resistant and oil-resistant. Comfort includes a removable EVA cushion footbed with a sponge rubber heel wedge. There's also a microfiber lining.

Footwear is constructed of materials that, when in contact with properly grounded floor surfaces, will safely discharge static build-up through the shoe to the floor. Our testing experience contributed to the SD standard established in Section 6 of the ANSI Z41 and carried over to the current ASTM standards. -
