Black Diamond 16-inch NFPA Insulated Rubber Firefighter Boots have the protection you want in fire boots, as well as comfort features to support you on the job. These are the boots you want in your turnout gear.

Safety is a top priority. In addition to being certified by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), these tall boots meet ANSI, CSA, federal OSHA and California OSHA standards. The firefighter boots resist bloodborne pathogens, and they are waterproof. The rubber boots also are ready to resist impacts thanks to the steel toe. Kevlar®/ Nomex® leg linings provide additional protection.

There are reinforced shin guards on the 16-inch boots for added protection. The rubber lug outsole resists oils and slips to aid in sure footing on smooth, wet and slippery surfaces and to help keep oil on the ground, not soaked into the bottoms of your boots.

Tall firefighter boots can be comfortable in addition to keeping you safe. This fire gear has 4.8 mm open cell foam insulation. The boots are designed with unisex sizing. A polyurethane midsole offers cushioning while a steel shank provides foot support. The Ortholite® insole gives you comfort as you stand, walk and do your job.
