Carhartt Steel Toe Puncture-Resistant Work Shoes keep your feet safe and meet safety standards for USA.
These six-inch shoes are compliant with ASTM standards for electrical hazard, puncture resistance, and with the steel toe, impact and compression, as well.
Beyond these safety features are other attributes that battle the elements for you so that you can more comfortably go about your work. These safety toe shoes are waterproof to keep your feet dry if you encounter water, mud or slush. The boots also are insulated with 400 grams of insulation so you won't be distracted by cold feet. If you work outside for extended periods, it's important that shoes aren't just safe against nails and dropped objects; they also need to keep your feet comfortable in cold temperatures.

Protective Toe
Impact testing determines the amount of protection to the toe under various foot pounds of force. Compression testing determines the amount of static pressure a steel/composite toe cap can withstand. Our boots are I75/C75
Electrical Hazard
Footwear is built with nail-free construction to help insulate you from the ground to slow down conduction, but is not intended to be primary protection against electric shock. Leather footwear must be dry. Our electrical hazard boots meet and exceed ASTM electrical hazard standards.
Puncture Resistant
PR footwear reduces the possibility of sharp objects (nails, glass or metal) penetrating through the outsole causing injury to the foot. Protection is provided by a steel or puncture resistant material imbedded in the insole of the footwear.
Waterproof
This product is built with quality waterproofing materials to keep you dry in wet environments.
Insulated
Traditional insulation - typically felt or polyfill material offers a thermal barrier without the added benefits of premium insulations. -
