The women's Southern Cross by Steel Blue is a tough, durable yet extremely comfortable 6-inch boot with an internal polyurethane metatarsal guard. An upper made of premium water-resistant full-grain cowhide leather is double-stitched for extra strength and durability And this style offers an industrial-grade side zipper for convenience with lace up design to customize fit.
The TPU outsole is resistant to mineral oils, ammonium nitrate, mild acids, alkalis, and animal fats. It is slip-resistant and has great resistance to abrasion. It performs well in colder temperatures. This outsole is also rated to 266 °F.
The Southern Cross meets or exceeds the ASTM F2413-11 standard for protective toe and electrical hazard. A flexible internal metatarsal guard protects the metatarsal bones in your foot.
