Its comfort story continues with it Sympatex waterproof barrier to help feet dry and 400 grams of Thinsulate Ultra insulation that helps keep feet warm.
An additional key comfort feature of Thorogood stock #8043550 is its removable dual density Ultimate Shock Absorption footbed on Poron 4000 polyurethane that provides direct underfoot cushioning.
In addition to meeting the highest ASTM F2413-05 Impact & Compression standards, the Thorogood stock #8043550 Logger work boot also complies with its Electrical Hazard standards. This type of work boot is made with insulating bottoms providing secondary electrical hazard protection to those areas dealing with open electrical circuits under dry conditions, but can also be worn in work areas requiring only basic protective toe work boots.
